Associate Justice Mariano del Castillo took second place with a net worth of P141.54 million. Carpio’s government salary was P6.83 million in 2017, according to the Commission on Audit’s Report on Salaries and Allowances.
The least wealthy justice is Associate Justice Marvic Leonen, who declared a net worth of P2.96 million. Other notable justices include Ombudsman Samuel Martires, who previously served as an associate justice, with a net worth of P41.87 million.
