Their goal: to put forward a unified slate of national candidates who can effectively challenge incumbent President Rodrigo Duterte’s bets.
Carpio, in a video message, emphasized the need for better governance, citing the economy’s stagnation, joblessness, and territorial disputes as pressing concerns.
